Research Report on Lone Parent Families in Europe

The Restart partnership has compiled a research report investigating the situations of lone parents in all the partner countries: 'Toward a shared understanding of the status of lone parent families' (July 2011). (Click the link to download the report, or go to the link at the bottom of the page).

The research reveals the variations between the countries in such aspects as lone parent demographics, social attitudes, training options and employment opportunities. The importing partners are now using the research to create four new versions of Restart, which will be tailored to the needs of lone parents in each specific country (Norway, Poland, Cyprus, and Italy).
